Overview of Business Blogs in India
Posted by Gautam
This is my attempt at putting down some structure to business blogging in India – as part of the State of the Indian Blogosphere 2009 collaborative report.
So I dipped into the best resource of Indian blogs – India Blogs list maintained by Amit.
In the CEO bloggers listed there are primarily dotcom and IT CEOs Mohan Babu (Infosys), Rajeev Karwal (Milagrow), Ajit Balakrishnan (Rediff.com), Sanjeev Bikhchandani (Naukri.com), Basab Pradhan (Gridstone), Vineet Nayar (HCL), Hrush (Cleartrip), Jay Pullur (Pramati), B.G. Mahesh (OneIndia.in) – Rajeev Karwal is the exception
Then there are other business related bloggers who focus on Venture Capital, Innovation or are CEOs too – either in India or in Silicon ValleyAnand Rajaraman, Shripriya Mahesh, Sramana Mitra, Rajesh Setty, Rohit Bhargava, Rakesh, Avinash Kaushik, Rashmi Sinha,Shuman, Rahul Sood, Raghav Gupta, Rajesh Jain, Dharmesh Shah, Michael, Munjal Shah, Om Malik, Shantanu, Shalin Jain, Atanu Dey, Nilkanth, Ruban Phukan, Ramit Sethi, Kris Nair, Manish Jain
In other categories like functional area like Marketing, Social Media, Advertising, the following bloggers are active.
T T Ram Mohan, Ajay Shah, Ranjan, Deepak Shenoy, Aji, Mayank, Ray Titus, Rohit, Prem Sagar, Kaushik, Rajesh Soni, DeadPresidents, Nooresh, Arun, Bullish Indian, Arun, Colton, Ganesh, Shailendra, Prem Rao, Abhishek, Prasad, Manisha, Ravi, Sampad, Sunil, Siva Rajendran, Arun, Venkatakrishna Nalamothu,
Would Jobs and Career Advice would also be on this list? I think these bloggers would also make the cut Achyut, Manisha, Santosh, Shweta Khare, Walkin, Jobs-Media, Tushar Lal, BK Sharma.
Which other bloggers would you suggest to be included in this list? Leave a comment.
