Twitter Elite in Delhi?

Was checking this site called twitter grader, and discovered that I’m a so-called “Twitter Elite” in Delhi !
It says my grade on Twitter is 97.9 which means that I score higher than 97.9 percent of the other user profiles that have been graded.
It’s calculated by
- The number of followers you have
- The power of this network of followers
- The pace of your updates
- The completeness of your profile
- …a few others (which they don’t tell us!)
