Linkedin’s Learning Center

Just noticed this interesting page on Linkedin. Seems like they have packaged all the common FAQs into a “Learning Center” for users to go through and learn.

I guess the need was felt because a lot of people start a Linkedin profile due to a mail they receive from a contact, they really don’t know how to make it count and what to do with it. And they don’t know how to turn for help. This page should help them to keep using LI better.

On related development, I noticed today that Indian LI wannabe, Brijj has started web profiles too. Here is mine. What is different with Brijj is that your web profile can be customised with your favorite colors and fonts.

The drawback? No fields for providing URLs of  websites/blogs. No Google Juice from Brijj’s PageRank to flow to my sites.

Groan!
